Mom Approved Pudding Fruit Salad Recipe

I received this recipe in my email from Jessica who lives in Ky.  I haven’t had time to try it out, so test it out on your family and give it a rating for me.

Pudding Fruit Salad

  • 1 large can chunk pineapple
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • small jar maraschino cherries

Drain pineapple and mandarin juice and add one cup of this mixture plus
1-2T cherry juice to one 3 oz. package of regular vanilla pudding.
Cook until thick.

If you use the microwave it’s for two 2 and a half
minutes.  Pour over fruit while hot.  Chill thoroughly.  Just before
serving, add 2 to 3 sliced bananas.
