It’s been five weeks since I started counting points on the Weight Watchers Diet and I have lost a total of 10.6 pounds so far. I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it!
Every Monday I will record my weight loss, hopefully you won’t ever read about any weight gain after each week of my weight watchers diet! This morning, I showed a 4.6 pound loss from last Monday after counting Weight Watcher Points! Feels so good to see such progress.
- My husband and I went for two 30 minute walks this week while the kids rode their scooters. Now that school is in session, I am finding more time for a quick walk every day.
- I didn’t drink huge amounts of water, just every once in awhile if we went out to eat.
- No Houston Texans Football game last weekend, so no temptations for the nachos.

This diet WILL work, you just have to be serious about it. Just keep thinking, I have to lose weight, I want new clothes, I have to lose weight, I want new clothes, I have to lose weight…….
