After weeks of saying “I’ll start next week,” I finally decided to officially start my diet last Monday. Accountability is very important when on a diet. The more people who know I am on a diet, the more accountable and dedicated I feel that I must be in my decision to stay true to my diet without CHEATING. So….I’ve decided to give you a truthful update each week.
I always start my diets on Mondays and weigh myself periodically throughout the week. This morning, I showed a 4 pound loss from last Monday after faithfully counting Weight Watcher Points.
