Week 7: Weight Watchers Weekly Journal

It’s been seven weeks since I started using PointsPlus values on the Weight Watchers Plan and I have lost a total of 11.2 pounds so far.  I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it!

Every Monday I will record my weight loss, hopefully you won’t ever read about any weight gain after each week of my weight watchers diet!  This morning, I  showed a .4 pound loss from last Monday after counting PointsPlus values on Weight Watchers!  Feels so good to keep seeing progress.

  • Now that school is in session, I am finding more time for a quick walk every day.
  • I didn’t drink huge amounts of water, just every once in awhile if we went out to eat.
  • I went over my flex points this week.  We went to the Houston Texans football game last night.  The kids ordered the chili cheese nachos and guess who ate them?- NOT the kids!
  • I didn’t lose much this week, but I didn’t gain any either and enjoyed myself over the weekend.
