19.2 # Weight Loss – Weight Watcher’s Journal – Week 12

You’re reading about week twelve of my weight loss journey dedicated to an awesome Christmas Party outfit!

It’s been twelve weeks since I started using PointsPlus Values on the Weight Watchers®Plan and I have lost a total of 19.2 pounds so far and have dropped two pant sizes!  I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it!  Knowing that you are “watching me” has helped me stay on track.

Every MWeight Watchers Onlineonday I record my weight loss results from my Weight Watchers® plan. Last Monday I  showed a .2 pound gain after overeating last Sunday.  I stayed on track this past week and lost 3 pounds!   I have almost lost 20 pounds now and am getting close to needing to drop my daily points down.  If I am going to continue to eat out over the weekends and enjoy our Halloween candy, I will have to excercise or I won’t be able to follow the plan without a little frustration.

This sounds silly, but I have been too embarrassed to hit the gym.  I gained weight since I had last went and hated to go back.  Since I have lost almost twenty pounds, I am headed back this morning after almost a year’s vacation from the YMCA.  I am going to be sore this week, but I will still be able to enjoy my daily Weight Watcher’s caramels and other snack favorites without any weight gain!

Weight Watchers® is great because I know that the weight will keep coming off without the uncomfortable pains of “dieting.”  All I need to do is stick to the plan and I’ll be showing off my new clothes at the Christmas party!
