It’s now been fourteen weeks since I started my Weight Watchers® plan dedicated to an awesome Christmas Party outfit! I have now lost a total of 22.6 pounds so far and have dropped two pant sizes!
Every Monday I record my weight loss results from my Weight Watchers®
plan. Last week, I did real well until last night when I got into the candy corn and caramel apples! Thankfully the caramel apples weren’t too bad for me since I still lost 2.8 pounds this week! Now that I have lost over 20 pounds, I have to drop my flex points back two points for the week. It doesn’t sound that bad, but when you count every point that goes into your mouth, each point matters! I will have to excercise this week since I plan on eating Halloween candy tonight!
Weight Watchers® is great because I know that the weight will keep coming off without the uncomfortable pains of “dieting.” All I need to do is stick to the plan and I’ll be showing off my new clothes at the Christmas party!
