A trip to Branson, Missouri has a lot to offer in terms of a family filled vacation. There are live theaters, golf courses, and outlet malls in the area. You can also visit Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City and the Titanic Museum. Your vacation activities will depend on who goes on the trip with you. My husband I vacationed in Branson years ago before we had kids. We had a blast at Silver Dollar City, watched lots of live entertainment shows and did a huge amount of shopping. We are planning on taking our two boys soon and want to visit Silver Dollar City, and Track Family Fun Park. We are going to minimize our shopping this time since our boys would rather spend additional time on the Silver Dollar City roller coasters than shop all day.
If you stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, the Level 2 Steakhouse is located across the street. It is known for its’ 28 day old aged beef from Kansas City. This restaurant even offers macaroni and cheese for the kids and also conveniently serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are in the area around Thanksgiving, you don’t want to miss out on Level 2 Steakhouse’s Thanksgiving Brunch and “Turkey to Go.”
While vacationing in Branson, you could also stay at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel which is located in the heart of historic downtown Branson. This hotel is adjacent to Branson Landing where you will find waterfront shopping, dining and entertainment. I can’t wait to go back to Branson again, we had so much fun!
