You’re reading about week ten of my weight loss journey dedicated to an awesome Christmas Party outfit!
It’s been ten weeks since I started using PointsPlus Values on the Weight Watchers®Plan and I have lost a total of 16.4 pounds so far. I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it! Knowing that you are “watching me” has helped me stay on track. If you have been tracking me, you will see that so far I have never gained anything from week to week!
Every Monday I will record my weight loss, hopefully you won’t ever read about any weight gain after each week of my Weight Watchers®
plan! This morning, I showed a 1.4 pound loss from last Monday after counting PointsPlus values on Weight Watchers! My jeans now feel loose and my shirts fit again as they should. I am going to get the next size down in jeans because it will remind me to keep going. I think that sometimes when you keep wearing the baggy clothes, it is easy to get “comfortable” with that weight and slack a little. As far as you stay within the weekly plan, you’ll be fine. It’s those weeks that you get off to a bad start and stop counting points for the week that mess you up!
Weight Watchers® is great because I know that the weight will keep coming off without the uncomfortable pains of “dieting.” All I need to do is stick to the plan and I’ll be showing off my new clothes at the Christmas party! It helps me to plan out my week if I know something special will be happening where I will want to splurge. For example, I am reviewing Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil this week and am going to be making pretzels. I will be fine on my Weight Watchers Plan as long as I allow for that treat in my weekly allowed points. Just a few more pounds and It will be time for me to drop down 2 points on my allowed flex points.
- Now that school is in session, I am finding more time for a quick walk every day.
- I didn’t drink huge amounts of water, just every once in awhile if we went out to eat.
Below are two previous posts that I wrote about Weight Watchers:
If your life is as busy as mine, Weight Watchers Online is the plan for you. You can monitor and learn everything you need to know online without having to attend meetings. When you do your personal weigh-ins at home, make sure you do them at the same time of day and that you wear the same type of clothing. I always weigh in the morning in my pajamas. If I weigh at night, the scale always shows heavier.
If you have the time to attend meetings, I think the personal support of other members would go a long way! Making new friends and having a little “competition” always goes in my favor. Click here if you’d like to learn more about Meetings. If you are thinking about signing up, I would appreciate it if you signed up through this post.
