Where were you on Thanksgiving? I was in Evansville, Indiana, but where? Check out the picture below and see if you can guess where I was…..
If you guessed the circus, you were right. We went to the Hadi Shrine Circus at the new Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. The kids rode the camel and I hopped on the elephant with them. The youngest rode a pony and we all checked out the huge yellow snake at a distance. We saw all types of circus acts, along with the motorcycles that race inside the ball and even a man shot out of a cannon. We all counted down from five, heard a large pop and nothing happened! After a second countdown, here comes a man flying out of the cannon and into a net on the other side of the stadium.
Popcorn, pink and blue cotton candy, a pretzel and nachos topped everything off! When’s the last time you attended a circus?
It’s some time ago I went to the circus. But my boy enjoyed it very much then, He was 5 or 6 years old, the perfect age for a child to go to the circus I think.
Looking forward to my daughter beeing in that age.
My 5 year old was just mesmerized, but the 11 yr old enjoyed it too. We\’ve been to that circus now for the last 3 years straight, but fortunately they keep bringing in new acts!

I love the circus! Looks like you had a great time!
We did have a great time, I tried to make a movie of the motorcycles inside the ball, but they were moving so fast, that my movie didn\’t show much. I didn\’t ride the camel, but the elephant was a lot higher up than I remember as a kid!
