Low Fat Cool Whip Fruit Salad Recipe

Cool Whip Fruit Salad is a great diet treat!  I make it when I need something for my “sweet cravings.

Cool Whip Fruit Salad

  • 1 – 20 oz. can of either crushed or chunk pineapple, in its own sweetened juice
  • 1 small fat free cool whip (I use Cool Whip Free.)
  • 1 small instant fat free sugar free vanilla pudding

Mix the pudding powder together with the pineapple and juice, and add cool whip and chill.

This can also be made with lemon sugar free fat free pudding, but I have never tried it this way.
