Picky Eaters Crockpot Chili Recipe

My family isn’t fond of onions or vegetable “chunks” and this recipe is perfect for everyone!  Enjoy!

Combine the following ingredients in the crockpot and adjust temperature according to how long you’d like to wait before eating it.  I like to put it on around 9 am on low and eat the chili for supper.

  •  1 pound browned  ground beef – pre-cooked)
  • 2 large cans tomato juice (46 oz size cans)
  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • 1 packet chili seasoning.  I used McCormick Original Seasoning)
  • Chili Powder (Season to Taste once chili is almost done)

We like to make peanut butter sandwiches and dip them in the chili before we add any crackers to our bowls.  When I was a child, we used to out spaghetti noodles in our chili right before serving it.  You could also dip large rolls in the chili instead of the peanut butter sandwiches if you have someone with peanut allergies in your home.
