Week 19, BlogWithMom Loves Weight Watchers!

Over the holidays I enjoyed myself too much and totally blocked Weight Watchers Points Plus Values out of my mind!  I ate SO many desserts!  My mind said stop and my stomach said keep going!  Unfortunately, my stomach won, but Thanksgiving only comes once a year, so why not?  I was so glad to see that I had lost 2 of my 5 newly gained holiday pounds this week, that I wrote a post about my loss a few days early: https://www.blogwithmom.com/2011/12/i-lost-2-pounds-since-the-holidays/

Oatmeal for breakfast today and no intentions of eating out tonight, so this week is off to a good start!  Keep following me, I will soon be sharing my tips for using a kitchen scale and even be hosting a kitchen scale giveaway!

If you are interested in trying your hand at Weight Watchers, you need to:

  • Join Weight Watchers Online
  • Study the Weight Watchers Program by checking all the points values of the foods you currently eat in order to eliminate or add new foods to your diet
