Today marks week 20 since I started losing weight with the Weight Watchers Plan. I have to say, I was afraid to stand on the scale this morning since I cheated on my Weight Watchers plan this weekend! We were out of town and on the road, so I ate fast food for two days straight while driving out of state. We also “hit” two buffets on the way and I couldn’t pass up dessert when I had already paid for it – sounds like a good excuse, huh??? Then after getting back home last night, I felt so bad about what I had done, that I “hit” the pantry and got into the Twinkies and nachos after having a DQ Blizzard on the way home.
So when I stood on the scale and saw that I had lost a pound, I was thrilled! My Christmas Party is this week and I have an outfit that looks nice, I just have 2 more pounds left to go until I shed the weight I gained from my Thanksgiving dessert binge! Holidays are the worst times for me, when it comes to controlling my weight. I LOVE all the desserts that go along with the holidays. If I would not stray from my Weight Watcher’s Plan, I would continue to lose weight until I decided to level out my weight loss. But for now, with the holidays upon us, I am using the Weight Watcher’s Plan to pull me through the holidays without needing larger clothes afterwards!!!
