I have tried many diets in the past, but have always done the best with Weight Watchers. In the past, I used the Weight Watchers Books on a daily basis, but now that I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for so long, I now have my points values memorized for my favorite foods. I also have the Weight Watchers calculator which I still use on a daily basis to track all the points values of foods from my cabinet or while shopping at the grocery.
Since I’ve had my set of Weight Watchers books for a few years, it is time for me to buy a new set of Weight Watchers books in order to get the fast food guide updates. Once you purchase your books, study them for foods that you currently eat that may contain too many points and for those low point foods that you need to add to your grocery list.
