Here’s my Weight Watchers Weight Loss update from Week 25: I lost another pound!!! I’m back on track after all my holiday eating that started snowballing on Thanksgiving Break! Cakes, pies,brownies, fudge……I just can’t resist! My ratio of 25 weeks to 23 pounds doesn’t look that great, but considering how much weight I put on through the holidays, I am proud of the 23 pound loss.
I have watched my friends try other diets where they make themselves sick, are always hungry or just plain miserable. I can lose weight with Weight Watchers and not be any of those.
