I’m glad that we are all trying to eat healthy for the New Year and incorporate healthy recipes in our family’s meals. I like to eat healthy, but sometimes that requires more time at the stove than I have available. I like to use the crockpot and start the meal in the morning and it is ready for supper time, that is my kind of cooking.
