Gen’s Tropical Cobbler Recipe

1 can (16 oz) of pineapple slices, drained

2 sliced bananas

Place the fruit on the base of an oven proof dish.

1/2 c. oil

1 c. dessicated coconut (dried, shredded coconut like you would use in a coconut pie)

1 c. sugar

1/2 c. self rising flour

1/2 c. pineapple juice

Combine these ingredients and spoon the mixture roughly onto the fruit.

Bake at 350C for half an hour, till golden brown.
