Scalloped Potatoes
- 4 Cups thin sliced potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Can mushroom soup
- 3/4 Cup Velveeta Cheese (block style)
Mix everything together and cook for approximately 1 hour until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees. Your oven time may vary.
