Scalloped Potatoes

  • 4 Cups thin sliced potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 Cup Velveeta Cheese (block style)
Mix everything together and cook for approximately 1 hour until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees.  Your oven time may vary.
