Tater Tot Casserole Recipe


  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can fat free mushroom soup
  • 72  tator tots
  • 3/4 cup finely grated 2 % cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and chopped onion in pan and drain.  Add soups and mix in with beef mixture.  Spray a 9 X 12 pan with cooking spray and layer the tator tots on the bottom of the pan.  Spread the ground beef mixture on top of the tator tots and sprinkle cheese on top of the tator tot layer. Bake the dish at 350 degrees for one hour.  This recipe makes 12 serviings
