I am still working on finding great juicing recipes for my husband. He likes to take the juice to work for breakfast and snack, but he doesn’t always like all of the juice recipes that we try.
I have been talking to one of the girls over at Mommy Edition about the latest juicing recipes that I have tried and had an idea. I mentioned to her that I had so much fruit laying around the house, but not enough of each to make my husband’s favorite recipes. After talking for a few minutes, I decided that I’d just make my own recipes from the fruit that I had at the house and just hope for the best. I love the health benefits of juicing, but the fruit can get expensive, especially when you don’t use it quick enough and you end up throwing it out.
I threw together the following recipe with the fruit I had at the house and it was a hit!
Orange, Pear & Pineapple Juicing Recipe
- 2 oranges (Peel before juicing)
- 2 pears
- 1/2 pineapple (Cut off outside and core of Pineapple before juicing)
The juice seen in the picture above was another one of my “Test Recipes.” The Orange, Pear & Pineapple Juice was gone before I had a chance to grab a picture of it.
Do you have a favorite juicing recipe that you’d like to share on the Mom Blog? If you do, please email me at chat @ blogwithmom.com or contact me through my contact page. I would love to test it out!
