This is a great and easy recipe for tuna lovers. You could even use your left over turkey in place of the tuna if you need a recipe for your turkey left overs.

Quick Tuna Casserole Recipe
- 1 box macaroni and cheese dinner
- 1 can tuna ( I use the large can of tuna) either one will work
- 1/2 can green peas
- 2 to 3 slices American cheese
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms sliced
Cook macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on box. Add tuna, peas and mushrooms, mix well. Now add the cheese and mix well. Place your mixture in an 8oz casserole dish that has been slightly greased. I usually add crushed potato chips or fried onion pieces on top. Feel free to add your favorite toppings in place of my favorites if you’re not fond of the potato chips or fried onion pieces.

Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and bubbly.
