How I Incorporate #Advocare Into My Daily Routine

Do you have a daily morning routine?  I have been following this routine now for a few months and stick to it every morning, even if it means eating a protein bar in a restaurant while my family enjoys a hot breakfast.  Eating a low calorie, healthy breakfast helps me get started every morning while saving room for additional food throughout the rest of my day.

As soon as I wake, I take my daily Thermoplus Vitamin and Herbal Dietary Supplement.  This helps stimulate my metabolism and it is also a weight-loss enhancer.  Once I have taken the Thermoplus Vitamin and Herbal Dietary Supplement , it is time to drink my morning Spark mental focus drink.

The Spark mental focus drinks give me energy and wake me up so that I can focus on my early morning computer work.  I wake up at 5:30 and begin my online work while the kids sleep, which gives me time to get things done before it is time to start waking the kids up for their day.  My vitamin and amino acid supplement Spark drinks taste great and do not give me any negative side effects.  I always drink Mango Strawberry for breakfast and a Watermelon or Grape in the afternoon.

About the time my Spark is almost finished, I choose either a protein bar or a meal replacement bar.  Today’s choice was the Chocolate Peanut Butter AdvoBar that can be seen in the picture above.  It provides a balanced meal with only 215 calories.

My second supplement for the day comes ten to fifteen minutes before my daily exercise.  I take 3 Catalyst Amino Acid Dietary Supplements to support muscle tone and enhance my strength and energy throughout my workout whether it be a daily walk or a high impact group fitness class at the gym.

    My husband would probably LOVE to try this. I may have to get him some.

      My husband loves the Fruit Punch Spark and the Grape. He drinks more of these than I do. He says they just make him feel much better than when he drinks sodas all day.

    1. I will be 40 this year and this is my first time taking supplements. They make me feel great and I wish I would have tried them earlier. There are many to choose from, you just have to get the ones that are right for you.

    1. I agree Liz! With all this running around from camp to camp throughout the summer, it is always best to have a healthy snack ready and available.

  4. I always eat meal replacement bars for breakfast because I am terrible at getting myself to eat. I will have to try these!
