Recipe: Delicious Low Calorie Energy Boosting Smoothie!

Ready for a 4 ingredient low calorie smoothie that tastes great and packs a boost of energy? All you need is Spark, 8 oz water, CARBmaster vanilla yogurt and ice.  It’s quick and easy to make and oh SOOO good!

The Spark Energy Drink mix is available in two forms.  You can purchase a tub that comes with a scoop as seen in the top picture or it can be purchased in a box of 14 individual packs as seen above.

Spark Smoothie Recipe

You will need:

  1. 1 scoop or packet of Mango Strawberry Spark (or Spark Flavor of your choice)
  2. 8 oz of water to use in mixing Spark
  3. large handful of ice (The more ice you use, the thicker the smoothie.)
  4. 1 cup CARBmaster Vanilla Yogurt (or vanilla yogurt of your choice)

Instructions

Mix the Spark in the 8 oz of water and add into the blender.

Add 1 cup of yogurt into the blender along with the handful of ice and blend.

ENJOY!

I am counting calories so I use the CARBmaster Yogurt which can found at Kroger.  As you can see, there are only 80 calories per cup.  The total calorie count for this Spark Smoothie is 125 and it will fill you up!

Here’s a shot of my Mango Strawberry Smoothie once it was blended and ready to drink.  This is truly a low calorie smoothie recipe that you want to try out soon.  It’s perfect for a hot afternoon when you’re dragging and need a little “get up and go!”

Here’s a shot from the top of my Mango Strawvberry Spark Smoothie.  Only 125 calories and you’re ready to roll!  With such a low calorie count, you could drink one twice a day if you’d like.  I chose to use the Mango Strawberry flavor because it is my favorite but there are other Spark flavors to choose from as well.
