My boys attended a few camps this past summer, but the James Harden ProCamp was by far my nine year old’s favorite. He loves watching the Houston Rockets play basketball so meeting James Harden was the perfect opportunity for him.
Here’s the man himself… James Harden of the Houston Rockets Basketball Team. He attended the camp and interacted with the campers throughout the duration of the two day camp. He even gave away his shoes on the last day!
At the end of the camp, each camper received a basketball scouting report. Bobby was quite pleased with his scores. He practices throughout the week with his older highschool brother and couldn’t wait to show off his 3 pointers while at the James Harden ProCamp.
Each camper also received a lanyard with a group photo. This was truly something for these kids to be proud of. There is also a Dwight Howard basketball camp being offered in the Houston area. It will be a one day camp and I’m sure it will be a blast. As a parent, I am thrilled to see the Houston Rockets players offering fun filled, confidence boosting camps in our community. This is a camp experience that my child will never forget – thanks James Harden!
Summer is now over for our family and the kids are back in school. We attended a Houston Rockets Playoff game earlier this year and can’t wait for basketball season to get up and going again. Until then, the boys will keep practicing their basketball drills and working on their personal games!
