Are you a cereal fan? Have you ever thought about adding a little twist to your normal, every day cereal? Kellogg’s Rice Krispies® has always been a hit in our house, but what if we were to add peaches, cashews, coconut-giner yogurt, sliced basil and mint to our bowl? Chef Christina Tosis developed that cereal twist for the #StirUpBreakfast Kellogg campaign. Honestly, until I read about this campaign, I hadn’t even thought about adding anything to that magnitude to my morning cereal. When we eat cereal here, it’s just almond milk and cereal and we’re ready to roll.
Here’s another cereal combination that caught my eye: Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Carrot Cake! This combination was created by Lazarus Lynch, otherwise known as “Son of a Southern Chef.”
The next one is off the wall! Have you ever thought of microwaving your cereal? Corn Flakes® Chilaquiles is warmed in the microwave. It is made up of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes®, milk, cheese, an egg and served with avacado, a sour cream dollop and a tomato on top. This warm cereal concoction was created by Meredith Xcelerated Marketing in partnership with Kellogg’s.
