This past Friday night my son’s team played a local rival team and it was a fast paced game from start to finish. Above you’ll see our team gearing up before the game started. I never thought I’d be a basketball fan, but now I am a die hard. My heart was racing so fast watching this game, especially when my son dove for a ball and was kicked in the head. I came out of my chair screaming which of course was caught on my husband’s video he was taking which is shared with parents on the team. Aggressive play is great to watch, but comes with many spills and slides along the way!
Here’s a pic of the time clock as the game ended. It was a close game and each team played quite well. We were visitors for this game and claimed the win with a two point lead. This game could’ve went either way, it was very close as the teams were well matched up.
This is one of my favorite parts of the game to grab shots of my son whether it be a loss or a win for his team. Team sportsmanship is very important and I am glad that his team can hold their head high at the end of every game, whether it be a win or a loss. Great job team, I am proud of each and every one of you. Hold your heads high, you play hard and always bring it once you step onto the court. Our family is one of your biggest fans – go team!
