Warm Spinach or Broccoli Dip Recipe

You will need the following ingredients:

One cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
One envelope of Knorr vegetable recipe soup mix
One 16 oz carton of sour cream

One 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach or chopped broccoli that has been thawed and squeezed dry

In a 1 quart casserole dish, combine the vegetable soup mix, the carton of sour cream, and choose to either use spinach or broccoli and add that in as well.
 Next, add in 3/4 cup
of shredded cheddar cheese util the mixture is smooth.  Top the dish with the remaining cheese and bake the dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  The recipe will make about 3 cups of warm dip.
Once the dip is ready, you can serve it with chips, vegetables or crackers.  Feel free to get creative at this point and design an eye catching array of these items on a large platter after placing a bowl of the dip in the middle.

This is a great appetizer recipe if your company is fond of spinach or broccoli dishes.
