I grew up in Kentucky and can remember reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and hearing the Star Spangled Banner being played over the school intercom every morning before school.   Do you remember your school morning rituals?  Did everyone stand and recite the pledge and remain standing for the Star Bangled Banner?  When my son started
